About Me
Communications specialist, art director, and researcher working on how information reaches people and what happens when it doesn’t.
I work across journalism, communications, and production, combining critical research with hands-on creative work in the public interest. My current writing examines the mental health costs of staying informed, the democratic risks of AI-mediated information, and the structural mechanisms by which AI development extracts value from workers, creators, communities and the environment. A book chapter on news, mental health, and AI is forthcoming; investigative pieces are in progress.
On the production side, I bring over a decade of experience in design, editorial direction, and multimedia across non-profit, independent media, education, and international development contexts.
This site brings together my research and writing, communications work, and selected design and production projects.
